About this page

Compare availability, contract terms, guaranteed speeds, support and total cost.

How to use it

  1. Define whether one device, one service or the entire connection is affected.
  2. Check cables, router indicators and another trusted website or service.
  3. Compare WiFi with Ethernet and, if safe, another connection such as mobile data.
  4. Check the provider’s official status information and record the incident time and symptoms.

How to interpret the result

If multiple devices and destinations fail over Ethernet, the evidence is more consistent with a router, line or provider fault than a single-device WiFi problem.

Privacy and limitations

SpeedVerge does not claim real-time outage counts without verified provider data. Third-party status reports can be incomplete or delayed.

Recommended next step

Contact the correct provider with dates, times, affected services, router status and the troubleshooting already completed.
